We are seeking to talk with Massachusetts residents who have had their cars repossessed by People’s Credit Union. People who have been subject to a People’s Credit Union repos within the past four years may have a claim for damages and may also be able to represent a group of other Massachusetts consumers in a class action. It is important that you keep all mail that you have received from People’s CU, as the claim relates to unlawful repossession forms, but if you’ve lost or discarded those documents, you may still have a claim.
